Hi, my name is Heejeh Armstrong
I’m a Nutritionist and Certified Metabolic Balance Coach on a mission to help people who are struggling with body weight, blood sugar, and hormonal balance so they can regain control of their health and finally feel good again.
I’m also just a regular, everyday person like you. I’m a busy mom of three kids who constantly juggles work, schedules, and the never-ending “what’s for dinner?” Some days I’ve got it together… and some days, not so much.
I believe that real change comes from understanding how your body systems work together so you can take active steps to repair your health from the inside out.


I do this by pairing the science behind the Metabolic Balance program with my 5 Foundations of Health: Nutrition, Movement, Lifestyle (stress & sleep), Mindset, and Gut support.
This allows me to customize a plan so you can achieve optimal health and body weight with sustainable, long-term results.

Your blood results are then sent to our labs in Germany where they are analyzed by doctors and nutritional scientists to determine which foods will support your body's needs.
